UPDATE .... Bloomies did send me an email to address my disappointment after I sent a 1-star review, but it went to my spam folder. Since I did not see a notification I assumed nothing would be addressed and gave it an unfavorable review; therefore I want to change my rating to 5-stars, apologize to Bloomies and publicly state that Bloomies will take care of you if you have any problems with your delivery...just remember to check your spam! ********** This was the absolute worst arrangement I have ever sent. Bloomies has always sent quality flowers but I was mortified when I received a text message from my daughter-in-law of what she got.. It was not remotely close and I hate leaving negative reviews but this was warranted. I did reach out to customer service and hope they will respond with assistance. ---- Florist's Response: Hello Donna, I emailed you as soon as you emailed me and I offered to redeliver another arrangement to your daughter in law. Unfortunately, you did not give me an opportunity to redeliver another floral bouquet before you giving me a very unfair review.

Everything about Bloomies is excellent. Knowing this was for a special occasion, the called to discuss options for flowers in the arrangement when they could not get all the ones in the original picture. Then they stayed past closing so I could pick it up!

Gorgeous bouquet, they loved it. It did look quite a bit different than pictured with the addition of blue hydrangea but still beautiful.

Beautiful arrangement—sent one to my mom and mother in law and they arrived on Mother’s Day which was so nice! They loved them. Thank you!

I ordered the premium Sorbet and Succulents for a friend and it was absolutely gorgeous! She said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’d ever received!
