4 September 2026UPDATE .... Bloomies did send me an email to address my disappointment after I sent a 1-star review, but it went to my spam folder. Since I did not see a notification I assumed nothing would be addressed and gave it an unfavorable review; therefore I want to change my rating to 5-stars, apologize to Bloomies and publicly state that Bloomies will take care of you if you have any problems with your delivery...just remember to check your spam!

This was the absolute worst arrangement I have ever sent.
Bloomies has always sent quality flowers but I was mortified when I received a text message from my daughter-in-law of what she got.. It was not remotely close and I hate leaving negative reviews but this was warranted.
I did reach out to customer service and hope they will respond with assistance.
